Anything Particular to paint.

A deposit is required, which is $50.00 that is due the week before your event to secure that date. NO DEPOSIT, NO PARTY. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is also a travel fee of $50.00 which is due with the payment of your guest, this fee is refundable. All guest payments are due the day before your event or sooner along with the travel fee!!!! Only those who have paid will be the only people painting. The deposit and travel fee DOES NOT go towards the guest payment!!!! 

For adults the painting session is 2 1/2 hours (kids 1 1/2). I    will arrive 30 minutes before the arrival of your guest to set up. All parties begin promptly at the scheduled time. For that reason, please have all guest arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time . An additional $50 will be charged to your card if guests fail to arrive by the time your paint session has begun. If you have a party of 15 or more, after the 15th guest $5.00 will be taken off the original price.

The canvases are pre-drawn, so 48 hours prior to your event day I    need the final count of guest painting. $25 for 11x14, $35 for 16x20, and $15 for 8x10 (kids) Please include the canvas size with the number of people participating.

Cancellations need to be made 48 hours before your event. If you decide to cancel your party once you've paid your deposit it will not be refunded!!!

I supply the easels, paint, aprons, canvas, table cloths (if needed), paintbrushes, and speakers (if needed). 

**** You are financially responsible for meeting the minimum number of guests who arrive late, NO REFUNDS for those who don't show up!!!!
